The loans are aimed at small and medium sized enterprises and are arranged so that the repayments are less than the savings in power costs. They have a positive impact on cash flow straight away.
Typically in a retail setting our refurbishment schemes lead to a 70% saving on electricity and can usually be funded through a carbon trust loan. For more details give us a call.

After a year
in Horsham we’ve found a great new place to work. We
liked the old offices and will miss the people around

a lighting project commissioned by Preston City Council.
This imposing building is lit entirely with LED Lighting. The scheme uses a small fraction of the power used by the previous Lighting scheme and has very limited maintenance requirements. We'll be posting a full story on this scheme and our Lighting Strategy for Preston in the near future.
